Dr. Rifa' currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs for BA Programs at Birzeit University. Previously, she served as the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chair of the Curriculum and Instruction Department, and Director of the Master's Program in Education at the university. She has authored numerous academic publications in the field of education.
