This program aims to attract the best talents from Palestinian university graduates who are interested in joining the education sector in order to build their capacities, develop their leadership and educational skills, and enable them to perform their work efficiently by improving the educational environment and leading change in their schools and communities.
This program is carried out in partnership with Palestinian universities to agree on a mechanism for attracting the best talents from university graduates and final-year students, training them, and monitoring their performance in a comprehensive training program for a year and a half. The mechanism includes implementing introductory activities about the program, receiving applications from graduates and those interested in joining the program. Selection occurs after sorting and evaluating the applications and conducting interviews with candidates, considering the schools' needs for the required competencies. Accepted candidates join an intensive training program during the summer, covering several training topics. The training continues after the accepted teachers are assigned to selected, less fortunate schools (charitable or private schools). Accepted participants in the training program have the opportunity to receive follow-up and mentoring sessions, both individual and/or group, to ensure optimal performance. This helps them enter the job market, especially the education sector, to bring about meaningful change and contribute to development.
