Monitoring, Evaluation, and Strategic Planning Advisor
Dima holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from An-Najah National University and has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and strategic planning. She works on developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and plans, measuring the impact of educational programs, and analyzing their results. She also contributes to the preparation and development of strategic plans, institutional performance analysis, the identification of strategic objectives and indicators, and the monitoring of progress toward achieving them, thereby enhancing program effectiveness and contributing to the realization of the organization’s vision and goals.
