Teach for Palestine has launched a new training series targeting educational supervisors and school principals

Teach for Palestine, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the partner departments—the National Institute for Training and School Education and the Directorate Follow-up Unit—has launched a new training series targeting educational supervisors and school principals who oversee teachers enrolled in the Capacity Building Program for Basic Education Teachers from the central and northern education directorates.

The training addresses a range of themes related to effective educational leadership, planning, follow-up and evaluation, student and teacher care, and building community partnerships. The program aims to enhance the efficiency of educational cadres in leading school development, strengthen professional learning communities, and develop sustainable improvement plans that contribute to advancing the school environment.

It is worth noting that Teach for Palestine continues its efforts to provide quality education for Palestinian students in the lower basic stage by developing the capacities of new teachers in inclusive education, life skills, digital learning, the integration of STEAM methodologies, psychosocial support, and climate education. The organization also strives to improve the classroom environment by providing educational resources and technological devices to the targeted schools.
