Teach for Palestine has conducted the summer institute for the second cohort

Teach for Palestine has conducted the summer institute for the second cohort of the fellowship track for non-governmental school teachers, after six weeks of learning, passion, and shared experience that brought together over fifty participants from the north, center, and south of the West Bank.
This institute, which serves as the cornerstone of the fellowship program, was not just a training—it was a space where seeds of leadership were planted, and a new generation of creative, empowered teachers found their voice—ready to step into classrooms with confidence and purpose. Through the summer institute, participants learned how to turn lessons into meaningful, interactive experiences, and how to build genuine, compassionate connections with their students.
Each day of the institute was filled with stories of challenge, determination, and resilience. As the program drew to a close, participants had the chance to deliver real classroom sessions, receiving constructive feedback from trainers that helped them strengthen their skills and deepen their readiness for the real classroom environment.
Now, these new teacher-leaders are leaving the training halls and taking over from their schools with a new sense of mission and a greater impact, just as a new academic year begins.
We say goodbye to the summer institute—but not to the dream.
