"Teach for Palestine" Hosts Partners from the Ministry of Education to Discuss Graduation Projects of the First Cohort of "Empowerment for Leadership" Track

As part of strengthening its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education, Teach for Palestine hosted a delegation of its partners from the National Institute for Educational Training and the General Directorate of School Education at its headquarters. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the graduation projects of the first cohort of the "Empowerment for Leadership" program.
This gathering marked the culmination of an 18-month training journey targeting a group of female teachers from various educational directorates. The program focused on developing educational leadership skills and implementing innovative teaching methodologies such as STEAM, inclusive education, life skills, psychosocial support, and digitalization.
During the meeting, partners discussed drafts of the participants' graduation project plans, which reflected a tangible transformation in their educational practices within classrooms and schools. Representatives from the Ministry of Education emphasized the importance of the program in strengthening the educational competencies needed to lead change in Palestinian schools.
